I am a lifestyle photographer based in Eugene, Oregon. I specialize in candid family and maternity sessions set against stunning locations like the Oregon Coast or Cascades. I also have a big love for intimate in-home family and newborn sessions.
In cultivating a lighthearted and welcoming atmosphere, my goal is to foster a relaxed and friendly dynamic during your photo session. My interactive and joyful approach focuses on capturing genuine moments. Parents who encourage their kids to be kids and explore nature, while trusting in the beauty of authentic connection, are my kind of families. I will provide direction as needed, but I will also step back and photograph your family not just for what you look like, but for who you are. Resulting in imagery that illustrates your family's unique story as masterful works of art.
I am also a wife, mama to two wild little things, yogi, nature lover, and dance party enthusiast. To me, family is everything. It's my main inspiration in life and I absolutely love connecting with others who share the same view.

But also to create a comfortable & relaxed photography experience that allows you & your family to feel at ease. I want you to forget about the camera & focus on the love you feel for your family.
In-home newborn sessions are calm & baby led. This creates an intimate & natural session flow. It also allows us to pause & sooth baby as needed. Diaper changes, nursing/bottle breaks, a little burping. Whatever baby needs! Outdoor newborn sessions are available depending on season & weather.

You will receive my professional guidance through the entire planning process. This includes the best time to shoot, a list of carefully scouted locations, & an informative welcome guide to help make your session as stress-free as possible. I also offer personalized wardrobe planning & 1-1 styling assistance from me.

The Process
Fill out my contact form, tell me about a little about your family & the type of session you're interested in. I will get back to you within 2-3 business days or less to ensure we are a good fit. Then send you an invoice to secure your spot on my calendar.
You will receive my informative welcome guide w/ location selections & all the tips & tricks for having the best family photo session ever. I will also send you my style guide as well as personalized styling assistance to help you feel prepared & at ease.
Time for the fun! Enjoy a relaxed & playful photography experience full of movement, games, & interaction. I will gently guide you through prompts meant to create connection & laughter. But I will also step back & allow you to interact organically (giving gentle direction when needed).
Within 2 weeks form your session day, you'll receive a proofing gallery to select your top images. 1-2 weeks after you've selected your images, you'll receive your online gallery w/ beautifully hand-edited imagery to instantly download. You may also order prints, wall art, & photo albums from your gallery if you wish.

When is the best time for newborn photos?
Ideally within the the first 7-14 days of baby's life is the best time to schedule newborn photos. To book, we will use the due date as a tentative session date & once your baby is born, email/text me to schedule a definite date. If you're baby has already arrived & you're wanting to book a newborn session, we can definitely still get you booked within the first 3 months of babies life! Just contact me & we will get the ball rolling!

Do you have a maternity + newborn bundle?
Maternity & newborn bundles are offered at a 10% discount on any mix & matched package, making this such a bargain! To book, we schedule your maternity session for an upcoming date then we use your due date as a tentative date for your newborn session. A $200 retainer fee is time of booking, and remaining balance is split into two payments. With the full balance due 1 week prior to babies due date.

What should we wear for newborn photos?
Keep it timeless, comfortable, & aesthetically pleasing. Shop your closet first, chances are you already own something you feel beautiful in. Then coordinate your families outfits around yours with 2-3 complementing tones that are flattering on everyone. I will share style guides, offer wardrobe styling, & have numerous blog posts with tips, tricks, & seasonally appropriate outfit suggestions.

Where will our newborn session take place?
About 90% of newborn sessions with me take place in the clients home. This is the easiest option for you, by taking out the work of loading your new baby into the car & allowing me to come to you. If in your home is not an option, we can also do them outside (season dependent) or utilize an AirBnb or studio rental option available with my Deluxe & Essential packages.
