I am a lifestyle photographer based in Eugene, Oregon. I specialize in candid family and maternity sessions set against stunning locations like the Oregon Coast or Cascades. I also have a big love for intimate in-home family and newborn sessions.
In cultivating a lighthearted and welcoming atmosphere, my goal is to foster a relaxed and friendly dynamic during your photo session. My interactive and joyful approach focuses on capturing genuine moments. Parents who encourage their kids to be kids and explore nature, while trusting in the beauty of authentic connection, are my kind of families. I will provide direction as needed, but I will also step back and photograph your family not just for what you look like, but for who you are. Resulting in imagery that illustrates your family's unique story as masterful works of art.
I am also a wife, mama to two wild little things, yogi, nature lover, and dance party enthusiast. To me, family is everything. It's my main inspiration in life and I absolutely love connecting with others who share the same view.

Sessions are child led. Meaning if your child doesn't want to snuggle or play a certain game, we will pivot. Let's engage with nature instead! Look at bugs or pick flowers. I want to avoid making the experience feel forced or unnatural. My laid-back approach allows you to focus on loving your family while we create something special together.

You will receive my professional guidance through the entire planning process. This includes the best time to shoot based on lighting, a list of carefully scouted locations, & an informative welcome guide to help you feel prepared for a fun filled session. I also offer personalized wardrobe planning with use of my virtual styling program & 1-1 assistance from me.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know which package to book?
The package you choose is based on the number of images you wish to receive & the type of location you're seeking. My Basic Package is limited to locations w/in a 15 mile radius of zip code 97408 only. My Essential and Deluxe Packages include all the best locations & are what I recommend for newborn sessions! Reach out with any questions about pricing & to receive a detailed package guide w/ a list of stunning locations that have been pre-scouted for light.
Do you offer payment plans?
Family, maternity, & newborn sessions are split into two payments. A $200 retainer fee is due at time of booking & the remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your session date. Birth photography packages require a $500 retainer fee at time of booking The remaining balance may be split into up to 3 payments w/ the full amount due by 38 weeks of your pregnancy.
What should we wear?
Keep it timeless, comfortable, & aesthetically pleasing. Shop your closet first, chances are you already own something you feel beautiful in. Then coordinate your families outfits around yours with 2-3 complementing tones that are flattering on everyone. I will share style guides, offer wardrobe styling, & have numerous blog posts with tips, tricks, & seasonally appropriate outfit suggestions.
How do you handle unhappy kids?
Kids are expected to be kids during sessions. Meaning, if they have big feelings, are tired, need a snack, or aren't into a certain prompt, we will tend to their needs & pivot as needed. Part of creating a joyful photo session for children is for parents to show up with a go with the flow attitude ready to have fun & enter a discipline free zone. My storytelling approach is about capturing your family's connection more than stiff poses, allowing for kids to feel more at ease as well.

The Process
Fill out my contact form & tell me about a little about your family & the type of session you're interested in. As well as your desired session date (or babies due date). The more you share upfront, the easier your booking process will be. I will get back to you within 24 hours to ensure we are a good fit & secure your spot on my calendar
Once you've booked, you will receive an informative welcome guide w/ a list of ideal locations & my in-depth family questionnaire. It is important for me to understand your vision, family dynamic, & the memories you want preserved. I will also send you my style guide to help create cohesive outfits you feel comfortable & beautiful in
time for the fun! Enjoy a relaxed & playful photography experience full of silly moments, snuggles, & connection. I will gently guide you through interactive prompts, but my main goal is for you to be yourself & love your people. You will love your images so much more if you go w/ the flow & forget about forced smiles or stuffy posing
Within 3-4 weeks, you'll receive your online gallery of beautifully hand-edited imagery to instantly download & hold onto forever. You may also order prints, wall art, photo albums & more right from your gallery if you wish. these images need to be displayed on your walls, not hiden on your computer or phone. I'm here to help you throughout the whole process
